Why Your Daikin Air Conditioner Is Leaking Water (It's Probably Not the Unit)

The message came in just after six: 'My Daikin air conditioner is leaking water, and it's dripping onto the couch.' I'd been handling HVAC service orders for eleven years by then, and I've made—and documented—my share of mistakes. It's Easy to Blame the AC

Today's one-unit request might be tomorrow's building-wide contract, but more importantly, that one unit is somebody's comfort and budget.

What to Do Before You Call a Technician
